Spicy Dosa


Spicy Dosa - Andhra Style Erra Karam Dosa Recipe (Spicy Red Chili Chutney Dosa Recipe) is a popular dish in the Rayalaseema region in Andhra Pradesh.

Ingredients:

  • Dosa Batter

  • Red Chilies

  • Coconut Powder

Method:

  1. In a grinder add dry red chilies, coconut powder, salt, and make a fine powder.

  2. Now add onions, little water and grind it into a paste. Keep it aside.

  3. Add 2 scoops of dosa batter to the pan and immediately begin to spread in a circular motion. Make the circle until you reach the edge of the pan.

  4. Add the spicy masala paste and spread all over the dosa. Add 1/2 teaspoon oil.

  5. Fold the dosa and take it to the serving plate. Serve hot with coconut chutney.


Egg Dosa


Egg Dosa - Egg dosa is easy to make, rich in protein, and makes a filling and delicious breakfast. Egg Dosa is a unique dosa variety and it is commonly found in Indian street corners.

Method:
