Method:
In a grinder add dry red chilies, coconut powder, salt, and make a fine powder.
Now add onions, little water and grind it into a paste. Keep it aside.
Add 2 scoops of dosa batter to the pan and immediately begin to spread in a circular motion. Make the circle until you reach the edge of the pan.
Add the spicy masala paste and spread all over the dosa. Add 1/2 teaspoon oil.
Fold the dosa and take it to the serving plate. Serve hot with coconut chutney.

Method:
Add 2 scoops of dosa batter to the pan and immediately begin to spread in a circular motion. Make the circle until you reach the edge of the pan.

Mix all well and spread all over the dosa. Cook for 1 minute.
Add little oil and slowly flip the dosa. Cook for 30 seconds on another side.
