Aloo Parwal ki Sabzi

Aloo Parwal Ki Sabzi is a seasonal vegetable and is available during summers till monsoon season. Parwal is mainly used in North and East India specially in the states of Orissa and Bengal. Enjoy with Roti.


Ingredients:


  • 6 Parval

  • 2 Large Aloo

  • 1 Cup Chopped Tomatoes

  • 3 Chillies

  • 1 Cup Chopped Onions

  • ½ Teaspoon Coriander Powder

  • ½ Teaspoon Garam Masala

  • ½ Teaspoon Turmeric

  • 1 Teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste

  • ¼ Cup Coriander

  • 1 Teaspoon Chilli Powder

  • Salt as per Taste

  • Oil for Cooking
