Crispy Aloo Poha nuggets are a quick and easy anytime snack recipe made from boiled potatoes and poha. Aloo Poha nuggets are a perfect tea time snack and loved by every age group.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Poha

  • 1 Large Mashed Potato

  • 1 Tablespoon Chat Masala

  • 1 Tablespoon Red Chili Flakes

  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

  • 1 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper Powder

  • Salt as per Taste

  • 2 Tablespoons Rice Flour

  • 1 Teaspoon Mixed Herbs

Method:

  1. Take 1 cup poha & wash the poha twice & soak for 5 minutes.

  2. Take poha into a bowl, add 1 large mashed potato, 1 tablespoon chat masala, 1 tablespoon red chili flakes, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder, salt as per taste, 2 tablespoons rice flour, 1 teaspoon mixed herbs & mix well.

  3. Make the rolls like nuggets.

  4. Fry the nuggets until golden brown on medium heat.
