1 Cup Poha
1 Large Mashed Potato
1 Tablespoon Chat Masala
1 Tablespoon Red Chili Flakes
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper Powder
Salt as per Taste
2 Tablespoons Rice Flour
1 Teaspoon Mixed Herbs
Take 1 cup poha & wash the poha twice & soak for 5 minutes.
Take poha into a bowl, add 1 large mashed potato, 1 tablespoon chat masala, 1 tablespoon red chili flakes, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder, salt as per taste, 2 tablespoons rice flour, 1 teaspoon mixed herbs & mix well.
Make the rolls like nuggets.
Fry the nuggets until golden brown on medium heat.
