Updated: 3 days ago
Gulab Jamun is a milk-based dessert popular in India. It resembles the American Doughnut holes soaked in sugar syrup. The traditional Gulab Jamuns are made by making the milk solids from scratch by reducing the milk and making it into a dough. Then deep-fried in ghee (clarified butter) in medium flame till golden. Then those Jamuns are soaked in sugar syrup for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Bread Gulab Jamun is an instant version to make Gulab Jamun. The dough of Jamun is made using bread and milk. It is so easy to make for anyone.
