Chicken Potato Cutlets

Chicken & Potato Cutlets gives a very nice and tasty flavor, it is the combination of boiled Potato and Chicken. You can deep fry them or pan fry them, you can serve this with ketchup.

Ingredients:

  • 200 Grams Minced Chicken

  • 2 Boiled Potatoes

  • 1 Teaspoon Pepper Powder

  • 1 Chopped Green Chili

  • 1 Teaspoon Red Chili Powder

  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin Powder

  • 1 Teaspoon Coriander Powder

  • 2 Teaspoons Kasuri Methi

  • 1 Teaspoon Kebab Masala

  • Coriander Leaves

  • 1 Teaspoon Salt

  • 1 Teaspoon Mayonnaise

  • Ground Oats

  • 2 Egg

  • 3 Tablespoons Butter


Method:

  1. Take a bowl, add 200 grams minced chicken, 2 boiled potatoes, 1 teaspoon pepper powder, 1 chopped green chili, 1 teaspoon red chili powder, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 2 teaspoons Kasuri Methi, 1 teaspoon kebab masala, coriander leaves, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon mayonnaise.

  2. Mix all together and marinate it for 30 minutes.

  3. Grind oats and keep it aside.

  4. Beat 2 eggs and keep it aside.

  5. Make patties with the chicken mixture. Dip the patties in beaten egg then oats powder. Take out excess oats. Keep it aside.

  6. Heat 3 tablespoon butter in a pan and shallow fry the chicken patties on medium heat for 15 minutes.

  7. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
