  • 2 Cups All Purpose Flour

  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder

  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt

  • 1 Cup Sugar

  • 2 Beaten Eggs

  • 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil

  • 1 Cup Mashed Ripe Banana

  • 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.

  2. In a bowl, add 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 cup sugar, 2 beaten eggs, 1/2 cup vegetable oil, and 1 cup mashed ripe banana.

  3. Whisk well. now, add 1/2 cup chocolate chips and mix well.

  4. Grease the baking pan and add the bread mixture into the pan.

  5. Put the pan in the oven and bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean.
