200 Grams Paneer
1 Cup Fresh Methi
1 Cup Onions Paste
1 Tablespoon Oil
1/2 Teaspoon Shah Jeera
1 Teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
1/2 Cup Tomato Puree
1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
2 Teaspoons Red Chili Powder
3/4 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Jeera Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Coriander Powder
3 Teaspoon Cashew Powder
1/2 Cup Water
Heat 1 tablespoon oil & add 1/2 teaspoon shah Jeera.
Add 1 cup onion paste and fry for 3 minutes.
Add 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste and sauté.
Add half cup tomato paste and cook for 5 minutes.
Add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 2 teaspoons red chili powder, 3/4 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon Jeera powder, 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder and mix well.
Add 3 teaspoon cashew powder and mix well.
Add 1 cup chopped methi leaves, mix it well and fry for 5 minutes.
Add 1/2 cup water and cook for 5 minutes.
Add 1 cup of fresh cream and cook for 5 minutes.
Add a few cashew pieces and 200 gm paneer cubes.
Add 1 spoon sugar & fresh coriander leaves.
Mix it well and turn off the stove.
