2 Cups Maida (All Purpose Flour)
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Ajwain
2 Teaspoons Oil
For Chicken Stuffing
500 Grams Chicken Keema
1 Medium Chopped Onion
3 Chopped Green Chilies
1/2 Cup Mint
1 Cup Coriander Leaves
1 Teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
1 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Coriander Leaves
1/2 Teaspoon Garam Masala
Procedure for mixing the dough
Take a bowl and add 2 cups maida (all-purpose flour), half a tablespoon salt, ajwain seeds, add little water and make a dough. Cover it with a wet paper towel and keep it aside.
Procedure for making keema
In a Kadai, heat oil and add chicken keema Stir for 2 minutes.
Add 1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder, add chopped green chilies and mix well.
Add one medium chopped onions and mix well.
Add one teaspoon chili powder, salt, garam masala, coriander powder and mix well, fry for 1 minute.
Add chopped cilantro and mix well.
Squeeze half spoon lemon juice mix well and keep it aside.
Now take the dough and make small balls.
Begin to roll to oval shape and cut it into two. Make a cone and press it gently.
Fill the cone with chicken and Seal the edges nicely.
Deep fry the samosa in hot oil until it becomes light golden brown.
