Crispy Golden Fried Shrimp (Prawns) is a simple dish made with shrimp (Prawns) marinated in a very simple battered paste and deep fried until golden in color.

200 Grams Shrimp
1 Cup All Purpose Flour
2 Tablespoons Milk
2 Tablespoons Coconut Milk
1 Teaspoon Mixed Herbs
1 Teaspoon Red Chili Powder
1 Teaspoon Chili Flakes
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoon Oregano
Salt as per taste
Take 1 cup all-purpose flour, salt as per taste, 1 teaspoon mixed herbs, 1 teaspoon red chili powder, 1 teaspoon chili flakes, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon oregano, in a small bowl.
Add 2 tablespoons milk, 2 tablespoons coconut milk & beat well.
Take bread crumbs, add salt.
Now coat the shrimp in flour, then in egg mixture & then in bread crumbs as shown.
Keep all the coated shrimp ready to fry.
Fry the shrimp on medium heat, gently turn the shrimp & fry until golden brown.
Serve it hot & enjoy.
