Crispy Golden Fried Shrimp

Crispy Golden Fried Shrimp (Prawns) is a simple dish made with shrimp (Prawns) marinated in a very simple battered paste and deep fried until golden in color.

Ingredients:

  • 200 Grams Shrimp

  • 1 Cup All Purpose Flour

  • 2 Tablespoons Milk

  • 2 Tablespoons Coconut Milk

  • 2 Eggs

  • 1 Teaspoon Mixed Herbs

  • 1 Teaspoon Red Chili Powder

  • 1 Teaspoon Chili Flakes

  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

  • 1 Teaspoon Oregano

  • Bread Crumbs

  • Salt as per taste

Method:

  1. Take 1 cup all-purpose flour, salt as per taste, 1 teaspoon mixed herbs, 1 teaspoon red chili powder, 1 teaspoon chili flakes, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon oregano, in a small bowl.

  2. Add 2 tablespoons milk, 2 tablespoons coconut milk & beat well.

  3. Take bread crumbs, add salt.

  4. Now coat the shrimp in flour, then in egg mixture & then in bread crumbs as shown.

  5. Keep all the coated shrimp ready to fry.

  6. Fry the shrimp on medium heat, gently turn the shrimp & fry until golden brown.

  7. Serve it hot & enjoy.
