Delicious Egg & Pudina Bath

Delicious, flavorsome rich, and definitely an aromatic rice dish prepared with a spiced mint leaves paste along with already boiled and eggs. An easy pulao to dish out especially for weekend lunch or weeknight dinner.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Cup Mint Leaves

  • 1/2 Cup Coriander Leaves

  • 10 Green Chilies

  • Salt as per taste

  • 4 Boiled Eggs

  • 2 Cups Cooked Rice

  • 2 Teaspoon Ghee

  • 2 Bay Leaves

  • 2 Javethri

  • 4 Elachi

  • 4 Cloves

  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin

  • 1 Teaspoon Garam Masala

  • 1 Teaspoon Coriander Powder

Method:

  1. In a jar, add 1/2 cup mint leaves, 1/2 cup coriander leaves, 10 green chilies, salt as per taste, and make a smooth paste.

  2. Take 2 cups of rice and add 2 teaspoon ghee, add 2 bay leaves, 2 Javethri, 4 elachi, 4 cloves, 1 teaspoon cumin, 1 teaspoon salt, and cook the rice until 80 percent done and keep it aside.

  3. Heat 1 tablespoon oil and add shah Jeera and cinnamon, add mint and coriander paste, mix well.

  4. Add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder and mix well.

  5. Add 1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, add 1 teaspoon salt, and fry for 3 minutes.

  6. Add boiled eggs and fry the egg in the masala for 5 minutes.

  7. Take the eggs out & keep it aside.

  8. In the same pan, add 1 teaspoon garam masala and mix well.

  9. Now add cooked rice to the masala and mix the rice with the masala.

  10. Add 1/2 lemon juice.

  11. Add eggs on the top of the rice and close the lid, cook for 10 minutes.

  12. Turn off the stove. Serve hot.
