3 Tablespoons Oil
1 Teaspoon Jeera
1 Teaspoon Mustard Seeds
½ Teaspoon Chili Seeds
3 Teaspoons Mustard Powder
3 Teaspoons Chili Powder
3 Teaspoons Salt
¼ Teaspoon Turmeric
1 Teaspoon Jeera Methi Powder
1 Teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
Heat 3 tablespoons oil in a cooking bowl, add 1 teaspoon jeera, 1 teaspoon mustard seeds, 1/2 teaspoon chili seeds and keep it aside to cool.
In a bowl, add 3 teaspoons mustard powder, 3 teaspoons chili powder, 3 teaspoons salt, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon jeera methi powder, 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste and mix well.
Add oil seasoning in the bowl & mix well. Make sure oil is cool.
Add dosakaya cubes & mix well.
