Ingredients:

  • 1 Dosakaya

  • 3 Tablespoons Oil

  • 1 Teaspoon Jeera

  • 1 Teaspoon Mustard Seeds

  • ½ Teaspoon Chili Seeds

  • 3 Teaspoons Mustard Powder

  • 3 Teaspoons Chili Powder

  • 3 Teaspoons Salt

  • ¼ Teaspoon Turmeric

  • 1 Teaspoon Jeera Methi Powder

  • 1 Teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste

Method:

  1. Heat 3 tablespoons oil in a cooking bowl, add 1 teaspoon jeera, 1 teaspoon mustard seeds, 1/2 teaspoon chili seeds and keep it aside to cool.

  2. In a bowl, add 3 teaspoons mustard powder, 3 teaspoons chili powder, 3 teaspoons salt, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon jeera methi powder, 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste and mix well.

  3. Add oil seasoning in the bowl & mix well. Make sure oil is cool.

  4. Add dosakaya cubes & mix well.
