Easy & Crispy Gobi Manchurian | Cauliflower Manchurian

Gobi Manchurian is a popular Indian-Chinese recipe of fried cauliflower florets tossed in a spicy and sweet sauce. You can serve this semi-dry gobi Manchurian as such as an appetizer.

2 Tablespoons Maida (All Purpose Flour)
2 Tablespoons Corn Flour
1/2 Teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
1/2 Teaspoon Chili Powder
A pinch Orange Red Color
2 Tablespoon Oil
1 Teaspoon Chopped Garlic
1 Teaspoon Chopped Green Chilies
1/4 Cup Chopped Spring Onions
1/2 Cup Green Capsicum
1/2 Cup Onions
1 Tablespoon Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Soya Sauce
1 1/2 Tablespoons Tomato Sauce
2 Tablespoons Chili Garlic Sauce
Cut the cauliflower into medium size pieces and add them into hot water. Keep it aside for 5 minutes.
In a bowl, add 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour, 2 tablespoons cornflour, 1/2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tablespoon chili powder, 1/2 tablespoon salt, a pinch of orange-red color & mix them well.
Add little water and make it a thick batter.
Now add the cauliflower to the batter and mix it. Deep fry cauliflower in oil like pakoda & take it out & keep aside.
Take a pan, add 2 tablespoons of oil, and heat it for 2 minutes.
Now add 1 tablespoon of chopped garlic, 1 tablespoon of green chilies & add half cup spring onion. Mix them for 5 secs on high flame.
Add 1/2 cup green capsicum, 1/2 cup onions & saute them for 2 minutes.
Add 1 tablespoon vinegar, 1 tablespoon tomato sauce, 1 1/2 tablespoons soya sauce, 2 tablespoons chili garlic paste/sauce & mix them well for 30 secs.
Add chopped coriander leaves & mix well.
Add salt as per taste & mix well.
Add fried cauliflower & mix well & cook it for 2 minutes.
Turn off the stove & enjoy the delicious Gobi Manchurian.
