Hara Bhara Malai Chicken Tikka

Hara bhara chicken tikka is a mouth-watering appetizer to serve in your parties. It is an exotic dish with spices & tanginess of coriander & mint.

Ingredients:

  • 500 Grams Chicken

  • 1/4 Cup Mint Leaves

  • 1/4 Cup Coriander Leaves

  • 10 Green Chilies

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder

  • 1 Teaspoon Salt

  • 3/4 Teaspoon Coriander Powder

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Kebab Masala

  • 1 Teaspoon Cream

  • 1 Teaspoon Sour Cream

  • 1/4 Cup Heavy Cream

  • Oil as required

Method:

  1. In a jar, add 1/4 cup mint leaves, 1/4 cup coriander leaves, 10 green chilies, add little water and make it a fine paste.

  2. Take 500 grams boneless chicken, add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon salt, 3/4 teaspoon coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon kebab masala, 1 teaspoon whipped cream cheese, 1 teaspoon sour cream, 1/4 cup heavy cream, add 3 spoons mint-coriander paste and mix well. Marinate for 5 hours.

  3. Put the chicken to skewers.

  4. Spray the oil to the grill pan.

  5. Put the skewers on the hot grill pan.

  6. Spray the oil & grill the chicken on both side

  7. Sprinkle the chat masala on both sides.

  8. Take it out & enjoy it.
