500 Grams Chicken
1/4 Cup Mint Leaves
1/4 Cup Coriander Leaves
10 Green Chilies
1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1 Teaspoon Salt
3/4 Teaspoon Coriander Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Kebab Masala
1 Teaspoon Cream
1 Teaspoon Sour Cream
1/4 Cup Heavy Cream
Oil as required
In a jar, add 1/4 cup mint leaves, 1/4 cup coriander leaves, 10 green chilies, add little water and make it a fine paste.
Take 500 grams boneless chicken, add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon salt, 3/4 teaspoon coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon kebab masala, 1 teaspoon whipped cream cheese, 1 teaspoon sour cream, 1/4 cup heavy cream, add 3 spoons mint-coriander paste and mix well. Marinate for 5 hours.
Put the chicken to skewers.
Spray the oil to the grill pan.
Put the skewers on the hot grill pan.
Spray the oil & grill the chicken on both side
Sprinkle the chat masala on both sides.
Take it out & enjoy it.
