Pesto Sauce - Quick and easy pesto to top your pasta. A great change from red sauce.

Ingredients:


2 Cups Basil

1/2 Cup Olive Oil

5 Garlic Cloves

1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

1/2 Cup Pine Nuts

1/2 Teaspoon Salt

1/2 Teaspoon Pepper Powder


Method:

  1. In a bowl, add 2 cups basil, 5 garlic cloves 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese, 1/2 cup pine nuts, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder, 1/2 cup olive oil.

  2. Add all the ingredients in the Vitamix & make a smooth paste.


Alfredo Sauce - Classic Alfredo Sauce is a simple but elegant creamy, white sauce that is commonly known to lay over pasta noodles.

Ingredients:


1 Tablespoon Butter

1 Tablespoon Chopped Butter

1 Cup Heavy Cream

1 Cup Milk

1 Cup Parmesan Cheese

1/2 Teaspoon Salt

1/2 Teaspoon Pepper Powder

1 Tablespoon All Purpose Flour


Method:

  1. In a cooking bowl, add 1 tablespoon butter, add finely chopped garlic & fry for 1 minute. Add 1 cup heavy cream & mix well.

  2. Add 1 cup milk & mix well.

  3. Add 1 cup grated parmesan cheese & mix well.

  4. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt & mix well, add 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder, 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour & mix well until the sauce is a thick consistency.


Tomato Basil Sauce - This simple tomato basil sauce recipe is a traditional easy to make sauce that can be served with pasta dishes or used as a base for pizza.

Ingredients:


2 Tablespoon Olive Oil

1 Tablespoon Crushed Garlic

1 Cup Chopped Onions

2 Cups Tomatoes ( Boiled & Skin Peeled)

Salt as per taste

1/2 Teaspoon Pepper Powder

1 Teaspoon Crushed Red Chili Flakes

1/2 Cup Chopped Basil

1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder


Method:

  1. In a cooking pan, add 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon crushed garlic & fry for 1 minute.

  2. Add 1 cup chopped onions & fry until onions are translucent.

  3. Add 2 cups tomatoes ( Boiled & Skin Peeled), add salt as per taste, add 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder, 1 teaspoon crushed red chili flakes, 1/2 cup chopped basil, & mix, cook for 2 minutes.

  4. Add 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder & mix it well, cook until gravy is thick.
