200 Grams Paneer
1 Tablespoons Cornflour
2 Tablespoons All Purpose Flour
1 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper Powder
Salt as per taste
Water as Required
Oil for Deep Fry
2 Tablespoons Honey
1 Capsicum (Red/Yellow/Green)
5 Garlic Cloves
3 Green Chilies
1 Tablespoon Soya Sauce
1/2 Onion Petals
1 Tablespoon Chili Garlic Sauce
1 Teaspoon Vinegar
1/2 Cup Spring Onions
Sesame Seeds for Garnish
Coriander Leaves for Garnish
Take 2 tablespoons cornflour in a bowl, 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour, salt as per taste, add 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder, water as required, and make a batter.
Add paneer cubes.
Heat Oil and deep fry the paneer cubes, take out the paneer and keep them aside.
Heat 2 tablespoons oil and add 2 teaspoons chopped garlic, add 2 teaspoons chopped green chilies, sauté it.
Add 1 cup onion cubes, add 1 cup capsicum (Red/Yellow/Green), and sauté it.
Add 1 tablespoon soya sauce, 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce, 1 teaspoon vinegar, 1 teaspoon tomato sauce, 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder, 2 tablespoons honey, and 1 cup water.
Add 1/2 cup spring onions, add coriander leaves, and mix well.
Add 3 tablespoons of cornflour water to thicken the gravy.
Add paneer cubes and mix well.
