Iron & Fiber Rich - Spinach Methi Stir Fry

A nutritious home-made delicious recipe made spinach, methi, dill and moong dal. This dish is a great source of iron, vitamins and minerals. Serve this side dish with Dal, roti or rice for a perfect meal.


Ingredients:


  • 1 Bowl Chopped Spinach

  • 1 Cup Methi Leaves

  • 1 Cup Dil

  • 1 Cup Soaked Moong Dal

  • 1 1/2 Tablespoon Green Chili Paste

  • 1 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder

  • 1 Teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
