Iron & Fiber Rich - Spinach Methi Stir Fry

A nutritious home-made delicious recipe made a spinach, methi, dill, and moong dal. This dish is a great source of iron, vitamins, and minerals. Serve this side dish with dal, roti, or rice for a perfect meal.

1 Bowl Chopped Spinach
1 Cup Methi Leaves
1 Cup Dil
1 Cup Soaked Moong Dal
1 1/2 Tablespoon Green Chili Paste
1 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1 Teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a pan & add 1 cup chopped onions and fry it well.
Add 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, 1 teaspoon turmeric powder and mix well.
Add 1 1/2 tablespoon green chili paste, 1 cup methi leaves, 1 cup dill, chopped spinach, and 1 teaspoon salt and add 1 cup soaked moong dal. Mix well and close the lid.
Open the lid and stir it well. Cook until all the water reduces. Mix well and make sure there is no water.
Turn off the stove and enjoy with roti.
