500 Grams of Thin Slice Chicken breast
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper Powder
1 Tablespoon Butter
2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Cup All Purpose Flour
1/2 Cup Chicken Stock
1/3 Cup Lemon Juice
1/4 Cup Capers
Few Lemon Slices - Cut into thin slices
Few Parsley Leaves
Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Dip the chicken in flour and shake off excess.
Add 1 tablespoon butter, 2 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet. When the butter and oil are hot add chicken pieces and cook until chicken is well done on both sides. Take the chicken out into the plate.
In the same skillet, add 1/2 cup chicken stock, 1/3 cup lemon juice, 1/4 cup capers, few thin-sliced lemon slices, and mix well.
Add cooked chicken pieces and cook for 3 minutes.
Remove the chicken and keep it aside.
Add chopped parsley to the sauce and mix well. Turn off the stove.
Add chicken pieces to the serving plate and topped with lemon sauce. Serve with a side of pasta.
