Kadhi is a popular north Indian dish, made with besan and yogurt as main ingredients with gram flour pakodas dipped in it. A popular recipe across Indian homes, Kadhi is best served along with cooked rice.

1 Cup Curd
2 Teaspoons Green Chili Paste
1 Teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
Salt as per taste
2 Tablespoon Besan (Chickpeas Flour)
1 Tablespoon Oil
1/2 Teaspoon Mustard Seeds
1/2 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds
3 Dry Red Chilies
Few Curry Leaves
1/2 Cup Besan
1/2 Teaspoon Chili Powder
Salt as per Taste
1/2 Teaspoon Gonger Garlic Paste
A pinch baking soda
Take 1 Cup Curd in a mixer, add 2 teaspoons green chili paste, 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, salt as per taste, 2 tablespoon besan (Chickpeas Flour),
Add some water & grind it.
In a pan, 1 tablespoon Oil & add 1/2 teaspoon Mustard Seeds, 1/2 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds, 3 dry red chilies & stir it.
Add Few Curry Leaves & mix them.
Add curd mixture, some water in it & mix well.
In the Curd kadhi pan, add chopped coriander leaves and take it into a bowl.
Add pakoras in hot kadhi.
Procedure for making Pakora:
Take 1/2 Cup besan in a bowl, add 1/2 teaspoon chili powder, salt as per taste, 1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste.
A pinch baking soda & add water & mix well.
Fry the pakoras until golden brown.
