Kids Favorite - Popcorn Chicken

Popcorn Chicken at home with this simple and quick recipe. Popcorn chicken is much popular in every part of the world. This will be the kids favorite. Serve them with Tomato ketchup.

Ingredients:

  • 250 Grams Chicken

  • 2 1/2 Teaspoons Cornflour

  • 1 Cup Maida (All Purpose Flour)

  • 1 Cup Bread Crumbs

  • 1 Teaspoons Red Chili Flakes

  • 1 Teaspoon Salt

  • 1 Teaspoon Red Chili Powder

  • 1 Teaspoon Pepper Powder

  • 1 Teaspoon Mixed Herbs

  • 2 Teaspoon Vinegar

  • 2 Teaspoon Soya Sauce

  • 1 Egg

Method:

  1. Take 500 grams chicken in a bowl, add 1 tablespoon black pepper, 2 tablespoons red chili flakes, 1 teaspoon mixed herbs, 1 teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoon vinegar, 1 teaspoon soya sauce, 1 egg, 2 tablespoons cornflour. Mix all together and keep it aside.

  2. On a plate, add 1 cup of maida, 1 cup breadcrumbs, 1 teaspoon red chili powder, 1 teaspoon salt, and mix well.

  3. Now roll the chicken in bread crumbs and deep fry in medium hot oil.
