1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
2 Teaspoons Sesame Seeds
2 Teaspoons Coriander Seeds (Dhania)
1 Teaspoon Fenugreek Seeds (Methi)
2 Tablespoons Chili Powder
1 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1 1/2 Teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
Salt as per Taste
1 Cup Fried Onions
1 Cup Soaked Tamarind
1/2 Teaspoon Garam Masala
In a pan, add 1 teaspoon jeera, 1 teaspoon Fenugreek, 2 teaspoon Dhaniya, 2 teaspoon sesame seeds, add some dry coconut, and roast for 2 minutes.
Add the roasted ingredients to the grinder and make a fine powder.
Add 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala to the powder, add 1 cup fried onions, add 1 cup soaked tamarind, add 2 tablespoon chili powder, add 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, add salt as per taste, add 1 1/2 ginger garlic paste, jaggery, add little water and grind into a fine paste.
Heat 3 tablespoons oil in a pan, add Karela & Stir it, close the lid and cook for 2 minutes.
Open the cover and add the ground paste and mix it well. Close the lid and cook for 5 minutes. Open the lid and mix it well.
