Masala Oats Porridge

1 Tablespoon Oil
1/2 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds
1/2 Teaspoon Mustard Seeds
1/2 Cup Chopped Onions
4 Chopped Green Chillies
Few Curry Leaves
1/2 Teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
1/4 Cup Chopped Tomatoes
1/4 Cup Chopped Green Beans
1/4 Cup Chopped Carrot and Peas
1/4 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Coriander Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Pav Bhaji Masala
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 1/4 Cup Water
1 Cup Oats
Chopped Coriander Leaves
Heat 1 tablespoon oil, add 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds, 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds, 1/2 cup onions, 4 green chilies, few curry leaves and sauté for 2 minutes.
Add 1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste and mix well.
Add 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes, 1/4 cup green beans, 1/4 cup carrot & peas, and stir fry for 2 minutes.
Add 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1/4 teaspoon coriander powder, 1/4 teaspoon pav bhaji powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt and mix well.'
Add 1 1/4 cup water. Once the water is boiling add 1 cup oats and cook until oats are well done.
Add chopped coriander leaves and turn off the stove.
