200 Grams Paneer
1 Tablespoon Cornflour
1/4 Cup Maida (All Purpose Flour)
1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
Salt as per taste
1/2 Teaspoon Vinegar
1/2 Teaspoon Mixed Herbs
1 Teaspoon Soya Sauce
1/4 Cup Bread Crumbs
Take 200 grams paneer cubes in a bowl, add 1 tablespoon cornflour, salt as per taste, 1/2 teaspoon vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon mixed herbs, 1 teaspoon soya sauce and mix well, Keep it aside for 5 minutes.
On a plate, take 1/4 cup maida (all-purpose flour), add1/4 cup bread crumbs, 1 teaspoon chili powder, 1 spoon salt, & mix well.
Coat the paneer in bread crumbs mixture.
Deep fry till golden brown.
