Paneer tikka is an Indian dish made from chunks of paneer marinated in spices and grilled in a tandoor. It is a vegetarian alternative to chicken tikka and other meat dishes. It is a popular dish that is widely available in India.
It’s a famous Indian appetizer were pieces of paneer (Indian cottages cheese) and marinated with yogurt, onion, bell pepper, spices, and then grilled until charred.

1/2 cup Curd
1/2 Teaspoon Chili Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Coriander Powder (Dhania)
1/2 Teaspoon Cumin Powder (Jeera)
1/4 Teaspoon Garam Masala
1/2 Teaspoon Chaat Masala
1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
1 Tablespoon Oil
A pinch of orange-red color
In a bowl, add 1/2 cup curd, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon, 1/2 cup Curd, 1/2 teaspoon Chili Powder, 1/2 teaspoon Coriander Powder, 1/2 teaspoon Cumin Powder, 1/2 Teaspoon Garam Masala, 1/2 Tablespoon Chaat Masala, a pinch of orange-red color and 1 tablespoon Oil. Mix all together.
Add 1/2 cup capsicum cubes, ½ cup onion cubes & mix well.
Add Paneer cubes & mix well.
Add 1 tablespoon lemon juice & marinate it for 30 minutes.
Heat griddle & add 1 tablespoon oil.
Add the marinated mixture to the hot griddle and fry until the water content reduces.
