200 Grams Mushroom
1 Medium Onion
1 Medium Tomatoes
3 Tablespoons Coriander Leaves
4 Chopped Green Chilies
1 Tablespoon Pepper Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1 Tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
1 Teaspoon Salt
In a kadhai, heat two tablespoons oil and add Jeera, add 1 cup chopped onions, add green chilies, and mix it well.
Close the lid and cook it for 2 minutes, or onions are golden light brown.
Add one tablespoon ginger garlic paste, add half tablespoon turmeric powder, add one chopped tomato and mix it well, close the lid and cook for 2 minutes.
Open the cover and mix it well. Now add mushrooms.
Add pepper powder, one tablespoon salt, and mix it well, close the lid and cook for 2 minutes.
Open the cover and mix well, add chopped coriander and mix well and turn off the stove.
