Quick Snack - Classic Deviled Eggs

Deviled eggs are hard-boiled eggs where the yolk is mixed with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper. The little sprinkle of paprika on top is the perfect finishing touch.

  • 3 Boiled Eggs

  • 1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise

  • 1 Teaspoon Mustard

  • 1/8th Teaspoon Salt

  • 1/8th Teaspoon Pepper Powder

  • Paprika

  • Dill for Garnish


  1. Boil 3 eggs and take the skin off.

  2. Cut them into half and separate the yolk from the egg into the bowl.

  3. Mash the yolk with a fork and add 1 tablespoon mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon mustard, 1/8th teaspoon salt, 1/8th teaspoon pepper powder. Mix well.

  4. Add the yolk mixture to the piping bag.

  5. Pipe the mixture into egg white halves.

  6. Sprinkle with paprika and garnish with dill leaves.
