Rajma Saag (Sarson Ka Saag)

Sarson Ka Saag is a tradition Punjabi dish made with Mustard Leaves. Rajma Saag dish prepared by soaked kidney beans and saag in minimal spices. This dish makes for a very healthy side dish for phulkhas or roti.


Ingredients:


  • 1 Cup Soaked Rajma

  • 2 Cups Chopped Onions

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder

  • 2 Teaspoons Ginger Garlic Powder

  • Chopped Saag

  • 2 Tablespoons Green Chili Paste

  • 1 Tablespoon Salt

  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
