3 Cups Grated Raw Mango
3 Cups Sugar
2 Pinches Saffron
1/2 Teaspoon Cardamom Powder
Peel the skin from raw mango. Grate the mango and keep it aside.
Add 3 cups grated mango in the pan and add 3 cups of sugar.
Mix well until all the sugar dissolves and boil for 5 minutes.
Add 1/2 teaspoon saffron and mix well.
Close the lid and cook for 15 minutes. Mix occasionally.
Cook until the jam is thick and add 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder.
Turn off the stove. Enjoy the mango jam with bread.
