Restaurant Style Apollo Fish

Apollo fish is a starter dish in many restaurants. This is very easy to prepare at home. This is prepared with boneless fillets.

Ingredients:
For Fish Marination:
200 Grams Fish
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
1 Egg
2 Tablespoon Maida
2 Tablespoon Cornflour
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
A pinch of Orange Red Color
For Seasoning:
1/2 Teaspoon Chili Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper Powder
1 Tablespoon Chopped Ginger Garlic
3 Tablespoon Coriander Leaves
2 Tablespoon Spring Onions
1 Tablespoon Chopped Green Chilies
1/2 Cup Curd
1 Tablespoon Soya Sauce
1 Tablespoon Red Chili Sauce
1 Tablespoon Tomato Sauce
Method:
Take 200 Grams Fish in a bowl, add 1 teaspoon Salt, 1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric Powder, 1 teaspoon Chili Powder, 1 egg, 2 tablespoon maida, 2 tablespoon cornflour, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, A pinch of Orange-Red Color & mix well. Marinate the fish for 30 min.
Fry the fish like pakoda or until golden brown.
In a Kadai, heat 1 tablespoon oil & 1 tablespoon chopped garlic, 1 tablespoon chopped green chilies, 2 Tablespoon Spring Onions, add curry leaves & stir it for 1 minute.
Now add 1 tablespoon Soya Sauce, 1 tablespoon Red Chili Sauce, 1 tablespoon Tomato Sauce, 1/2 Teaspoon Salt, 1/4 teaspoon Pepper powder & mix well.
Add 1/2 Cup curd, mix well & cook for 30 seconds, add fried fish & mix well.
Add lemon juice, add coriander leaves, mix it well & make sure all the sauce dries out.
Turn off the stove, enjoy the delicious Apollo fish.
