Restaurant Style Chicken Tikka Masala

Chicken tikka masala is so easy to make right at home with simple ingredients! This rich and creamy flavorsome Chicken tikka rivals any Indian restaurant! Goes well with Garlic Naan.

Ingredients:
For Chicken Marination:
300 Grams Boneless Chicken
1 Teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
1/2 Teaspoon Red Chili Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 1/2 Tablespoon Curd
A Pinch Orange Red Color
For Curry:
Oil as Required
2 Chopped Onions
2 Tomatoes
1 Tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
1 Teaspoon Shajeera
1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Coriander Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Jeera Powder
1/2 Cup Cashew Powder
1/2 Cup Cream
1 Cup Water
Coriander Leaves for Garnish
Method:
In a bowl take 300 grams boneless chicken, add 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste, 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 1/2 tablespoon curd, a pinch orange-red color, mix well and marinate it for 1 hour.
Spray the oil on a grill pan, add the marinated chicken, cook on both sides and take it out, keep aside.
Take a cooking bowl, heat 1 tablespoon oil and add 2 chopped onions, 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste and mix well.
Add 2 chopped tomatoes and mix well.
Turn off the stove & cool it & make a smooth paste.
Heat 1 tablespoon oil and 1 teaspoon shah Jeera, add onion tomato paste & close the lid & cook for 5 minutes.
Add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon chili powder, salt and mix well.
Add 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon Jeera powder, 1/2 Cup cashew powder and mix well.
Add 1 cup water and mix well.
Close the lid and cook for 5 minutes.
Add 1/4 cup fresh cream, add 1/2 teaspoon sugar.
Add grilled chicken and cook for 3 minutes.
Add 1/2 teaspoon kasuri methi, add chopped Coriander Leaves, and mix well.
Turn off the stove and enjoy with Naan or Roti.
