Simple & Easy Kadai Paneer

Paneer and bell peppers cooked in a spicy masala. This restaurant-style Kadai Paneer gets its unique flavor from freshly ground spices like coriander and garam masala! Enjoy it with naan or paratha.

300 Grams Paneer Cubes
1 Large Red Onion
1 Medium Yellow Onion cubes
1 Large Tomato
1 Medium Capsicum Cubes
1/4 Cup Coriander Leaves
1 Tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
1/2 Tsp Sugar
1 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
2 Tablespoons Cashew Powder
1 Teaspoon Kasuri Methi
1/2 Teaspoon Shah Jeera
1 Teaspoon Coriander Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Jeera Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Garam Masala
Take fresh paneer and cut it into cubes.
Fry paneer in hot oil until it becomes light golden brown & takes the fried Paneer and keep it aside.
In the same pan add onions and fry them for 3 minutes. Now add tomatoes and fry until soft.
Add 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste & mix it well. Turn off the stove & let it cool and grind it into a smooth paste.
In a Kadai add 1 tablespoon oil, add 1 teaspoon shah Jeera.
Add the ground paste and cook for 5 minutes.
Add capsicum cubes add onion cubes and mix well.
Add 1 tablespoon red chili powder, 1tablespoon salt, coriander powder, Jeera powder, garam masala powder, cashew powder, and mix well.
Add 1 cup water cook add 1 teaspoon Kasuri Methi and mix well
Add the fried paneer and mix well.
Add fresh cilantro mix well and turn off the stove.
