500 Grams Chicken
3 Tablespoons Oil
2 Chopped Onion
3 Green chilies
1 Tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
2 Teaspoons Black Pepper Powder
Salt as per taste
1 Cup water
1/2 Teaspoon Coriander Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Garam Masala
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
Heat 3 tablespoons oil, add 2 chopped onions, and 3 green chilies. Sauté well and cook until the onions are golden brown.
Add 1/2 teaspoons turmeric powder, 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste, and sauté well.
Add 500 grams chicken and mix well. Close the lid and cook for 5 minutes.
Now add 2 teaspoons black pepper powder, salt as per taste and mix well. Close the lid and cook for 5 more minutes.
Add 1 cup water and cook for another 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
Add 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, and coriander leaves.
Mix well and turn off the stove. Enjoy the pepper chicken with roti or white rice.
