Spicy Masala Roti Recipe is a yummy soft and Spicy Indian Flat Bread prepared with whole wheat flours and Vegetables with everyday Indian spices.

1 Cup Chopped Tomatoes
1 cup Grated Cucumber
1 cup Grated Carrot
5 Chopped Green Chilies
1 cup Chopped Spinach
1/2 cup Coriander Leaves
1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
1 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
1/4 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Chaat Masala
1/4 Teaspoon Ginger Powder
In a big bowl, Take 1 cup of chopped tomatoes, add 1 cup grated cucumber, 1 cup grated carrot, 5 Chopped Green Chilies, 1 cup chopped Spinach, 1/2 cup Coriander leaves.
Add 1 teaspoon Chili Powder, 1 Teaspoon Salt, 1/2 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds, 1/4 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder, 1/2 Teaspoon Chaat Masala, 1/4 Teaspoon Ginger Powder, 1/4 teaspoon garam masala & mix well.
Add 2 cups wheat flour & mix well.
Add 2 teaspoon oil & mix well.
Add 1 & 1/2 tablespoon amchur powder & mix well.
Make balls & keep aside.
On a plastic sheet apply oil and make round roti with hand.
Heat a pan & add oil & fry the roti on both sides.
