Spicy Palak Soya Keema

1 Cup Soya Granuals
2 Tablespoons Oil
1 Teaspoon Shah Jeera
2 Bay Leaves
2 Sticks Cinnamon
2 Green Chilies
Few Curry Leaves
1 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
2 Teaspoons Red Chili Powder
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Coriander Powder
3 Tablespoon Curd
1 Teaspoon Kasuri Methi
Coriander Leaves for Garnish
In a cooking pan, boil 2 cups of water & add 1 teaspoon of oil.
Once the water is boiled, add 1 cup Soya Granules & cook it for a minute, keep it aside.
In another pan, heat 2 tablespoons oil, 1 teaspoon Shah Jeera, 3 cloves 2 cardamoms, 2 bay leaves, 2 sticks cinnamon, 1 chopped onion, & mix well.
Add 2 green chilies, a few curry leaves & sauté until the onions are slightly brown.
Add 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, add chopped spinach & sauté it until water is absorbed.
Once the spinach is fried, add the pre-cooked soya granules, cook it until the granules are slightly brown.
Once the granules change the color, add 2 teaspoons red chili powder, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, & mix well.
Once all the spices are mixed well, add 3 tablespoon curd & cook for 5 minutes.
Now add 1 Teaspoon Kasuri Methi & mix well.
Add Coriander Leaves for Garnish.
