Spicy Shredded Chicken Fry

Cooked Shredded Chicken is again cooked in masalas will enhance the curry taste. Tastes wonderful with chapati and rice too.

1/2 Kg Bone Chicken
1/4 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
1/4 Teaspoon Chili Powder
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon Oil
1/2 Teaspoon Shah Jeera
1/2 Cup chopped Onions
3 Chopped Green Chilies
Few Curry Leaves
1/2 Teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
1/2 Teaspoon Chili Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Coriander Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Kebab Masala
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
Coriander Leaves for Garnish
Take 1/2 Kg of bone chicken in a pot and add 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1/4 teaspoon ginger garlic Paste, 1/4 teaspoon chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, mix well and boil until all the water reduces.
After the water recedes, turn off the stove and let the chicken cool down.
Once the chicken is cold, take out the bone & make the chicken into pieces.
In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon oil, add 1/2 teaspoon Shah Jeera, 1/2 Cup chopped onions, 3 chopped green chilies, few curry leaves. Fry until the onions are golden brown.
Add 1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste and mix well.
Add shredded chicken.
Add 1/2 teaspoon chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder, 1/4 teaspoon kebab masala, Mix well and fry for 5 minutes.
Add 1 tablespoon lemon juice and add chopped Coriander Leaves.
Mix well & turn off the stove.
