Spinach Chicken Keema

Keema Spinach recipe is a delightfully delicious recipe loaded with proteins. Palak or spinach is full of vitamins, antioxidants, and minerals. It is loaded with almost every important nutrients.

Ingredients:

  • 500 Grams ground Chicken

  • 500 Grams Spinach

  • 1 Medium Onion

  • 1 Tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder

  • 1 1/2 Teaspoon Chili Powder

  • 1 Teaspoon Salt

  • 1 Teaspoon Coriander Powder

Method:

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan and add sliced onions.

  2. Fry until onions are light brown.

  3. Add 1table spoon ginger garlic paste, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, add chicken keema & mix it well.

  4. Add 1 ½ teaspoon chili powder‌, salt & mix well, close the lid & cook for 2 minutes.

  5. Add 1/2 of the spinach, mix it. Add rest of the spinach & mix it, cook for 5 minutes.

  6. Add 1 teaspoon coriander powder.

  7. Cook until all the water reduces & turn off the stove.
