Street Food - Pizza Dosa

Pizza dosa is a very yummy and delish recipe that is super easy and quick to prepare with those everyday ingredients. Dosa pizza can be made on any day when you get bored of regular dosa chutney or sambar combo.

Ingredients:
For Batter:
3 Cup Rice
1 cup Urad Dal
2 Tablespoons Chana Dal
2 Tablespoons Urad Dal
1/2 Teaspoon Methi Seeds
1/2 Cup Soaked Poha
For Pizza:
Pizza Sauce
Chopped Onions
Chopped Capsicum
Black Olives
Mozzarella Cheese
Italian Seasoning
Red Chili Flakes
Method:
For Dosa Batter:
Soak 3 cups rice, 1 cup urad dal, 2 tablespoon chana dal, 2 tablespoon moong dal, and 1/2 teaspoon methi seeds for 6-8 hour or overnight.
Soak 1/2 cup poha before you grinding the batter.
Grind all together and make a smooth batter.
Add 1 teaspoon salt and ferment overnight.
For Pizza:
Heat dosa Tawa. Take 2 ladles full of dosa batter and pour it over the Tawa, don't spread it. Add chopped onions, chopped capsicum, and black olives.
Now add pizza sauce.
Sprinkle Italian seasoning and red chili flakes.
Finally add mozzarella cheese and cover the lid.
Cook until cheese completely melts. Serve hot.
