Telangana Style Talakaya Kura/Mutton Talakaya Kura is a popular meat dish in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Goat head curry gives the better taste, if cooked with Indian hot spices. Cooking of goat head is similar to the cooking of other that meat items. Enjoy amazing recipe with rice or bread.


Ingredients:


  • 1 Kg Boneless Mutton Head

  • 1 Large Onion

  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin

  • 1 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder

  • 2 Teaspoon Ginger Garlic Powder

  • 5 Teaspoons Chili Powder

  • Salt as per taste

  • 2 Tablespoon Oil

  • 1 Cup Water

  • 1 Teaspoon Coriander Powder

  • 1/2 Cup Tomato Puree

  • 1/2 Cup Tamarind Water

  • 2 Teaspoon Dry Coconut Powder

  • 1 Teaspoon Garam Masala

  • Coriander Leaves for Garnish
