Telangana Style Spicy Mutton Curry

500 Grams Mutton
1 Large Onion
1 Large Tomato
1/4 Cup Coriander Leaves
2 Teaspoon Chili Powder
2 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Garam Masala
1 Tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
1/2 Teaspoon Shah Jeera
Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pressure cooker and add 1/2 teaspoon shah Jeera.
Add 1 large chopped onion and sauté until light golden brown.
Add 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste and 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder. Mix well.
Add 500 grams mutton and mix well.
Now add 2 teaspoons chili powder, 2 teaspoons salt, and mix well. Close the lid and cook for 5 minutes.
Add tomato and close the pressure cooker lid. Cook up to 2 whistles.
Once the pressure releases take out the lid and add 1/4 teaspoon garam masala.
Cook for 3 minutes and add chopped coriander leaves.
Turn off the stove and enjoy with white rice.
