Thotakura (Chavuli/Amaranth leaves) Soya

Thotakura is a healthy green leafy vegetable . It has more fiber and vitamins. It is good for health . Soya is protein rich food . The combination of thotakura (amaranthus) and soya is very good .


Ingredients:


  • 2 Cups Amarnath Leaves

  • 1 Cup Soya Chunks

  • 1 Tablespoon Oil

  • 1 Chopped Onion

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder

  • 1 1/2 Teaspoon Ginger Garlic Powder

  • 2 1/2 Teaspoons Green Chili Paste

  • 3 Garlic Cloves

  • Salt as per taste
