Thumikura (Leucas Aspera) Curry

Thumikura is special dish made only on Ganesha Chaturthi and not eaten on any other time during the entire year. Mostly this leaves are used for medicine purpose. It is made with Chana Dal and Raw Tamarind paste.


Ingredients:


  • 500 Grams Thumikura

  • 100 Grams Green Chilies

  • 100 Grams Raw Tamarind

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder

  • 1 Teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste

  • 1 1/2 Teaspoon Salt

  • 1/2 Cup Soaked Chana Dal
