Crispy Aloo Poha nuggets are a quick and easy anytime snack recipe made from boiled potatoes and poha. Aloo Poha nuggets are a perfect tea time snack and loved by every age group.
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Poha
- 1 Large Mashed Potato
- 1 Tablespoon Chat Masala
- 1 Tablespoon Red Chili Flakes
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper Powder
- Salt as per Taste
- 2 Tablespoons Rice Flour
- 1 Teaspoon Mixed Herbs
Method
Step 1
Take 1 cup poha & wash the poha twice & soak for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Take poha into a bowl, add 1 large mashed potato, 1 tablespoon chat masala, 1 tablespoon red chili flakes, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder, salt as per taste, 2 tablespoons rice flour, 1 teaspoon mixed herbs, and mix well.
Step 3
Make the rolls like nuggets.
Step 4
Fry the nuggets until golden brown on medium heat.
