This chicken cutlet is also referred to as chicken patties or chicken Tikki. These chicken cutlets are made into a round shape and coated with breadcrumbs and shallow fried/deep-fried. These chicken cutlets taste best by eating them plain or by having them along with ketchup.
Ingredients
- 1 Pound Chicken Keema
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 Teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Coriander Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Garam Masala
- 1/2 Teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 3 Chopped Green Chilies
- 2 Tablespoon Coriander Leaves
- 2 Tablespoon Mint Leaves
- 2 Tablespoons Oats Powder
- 2 Tablespoons Cornflour
- 1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs
Method
Step 1
Take a bowl and add 1 pound chicken keema, one tablespoon red chili powder, 1 egg, 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala, 1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, 1 teaspoon salt, 3 chopped green chili, 2 tablespoon coriander leaves, 2 tablespoon mint leaves, two tablespoons oats powder, 2 tablespoons cornflour, 1/2 cup bread crumbs and mix it well.
Step 2
Apply some oil in hand and make a patty shape and keep aside.
Step 3
Put a pan and add 3 tablespoons of oil.
Step 4
Roll the patties in bread crumbs and shallow fry in oil.
Step 5
Fry the patties on both sides until well done.
Step 6
Take the patties and put them on a paper towel, and enjoy it.
