Chili Mushroom is simple dish made of deep fried mushrooms with capsicum. Serve as appetizer or side with rice or noodles.
Ingredients
- 200 Grams Mushroom
- 3 Tablespoon Cornflour
- 1 Tablespoon Maida
- Salt as per taste
- 1 1/2 Teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 Tablespoon Soya Sauce
- 1 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 5 Garlic Cloves
- 1/2 Cup Onion Cubes
- 1 Cup Red & Yellow Capsicum
- 1 Tablespoon Tomato Ketchup
- 1 Teaspoon Soya Sauce
- 1 Teaspoon Vinegar
- 3 Green Chilies
- 2 Teaspoon Chili Sauce
Method
Step 1
Take 200gm mushroom in a bowl.
Step 2
Add 3 tablespoons cornflour, 1 tablespoon maida, add salt as per taste, add 1½ tablespoon ginger garlic paste, 1 tablespoon soya sauce, 1 pepper powder, add some water, and mix well.
Step 3
Heat oil and deep fry the mushroom till golden brown.
Step 4
Heat a pan & add 1 tablespoon butter, 5 chopped garlic cloves, 1/2 cup onion cubes, 1 cup red & yellow capsicum stir for 10 seconds.
Step 5
Add 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup, 1 teaspoon soya sauce, 1 teaspoon vinegar, 3 green chilies, 2 teaspoon chili sauce, salt as per taste, and mix well
Step 6
Add mushrooms and mix well.
Step 7
Add ½ tablespoon pepper and mix well.
