Ingredients (For Dough)
- 2 Cups Maida (All Purpose Flour)
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Ajwain
- 2 Teaspoons Oil
Ingredients (For Chicken Stuffing)
- 500 Grams Chicken Keema
- 1 Medium Chopped Onion
- 3 Chopped Green Chilies
- 1/2 Cup Mint
- 1 Cup Coriander Leaves
- 1 Lemon
- 1 Teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Coriander Leaves
- 1/2 Teaspoon Garam Masala
Method
Step 1
Take a bowl and add 2 cups maida (all-purpose flour), half a tablespoon salt, ajwain seeds, add little water and make a dough. Cover it with a wet paper towel and keep it aside.
Step 2
In a Kadai, heat oil and add chicken keema Stir for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Add 1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder, add chopped green chilies, and mix well.
Step 4
Add one medium chopped onion and mix well.
Step 5
Add one teaspoon chili powder, salt, garam masala, coriander powder and mix well, fry for 1 minute.
Step 6
Add chopped cilantro and mix well.
Step 7
Squeeze half spoon lemon juice mix well and keep it aside.
Step 8
Now take the dough and make small balls.
Step 9
Begin to roll to an oval shape and cut it into two. Make a cone and press it gently.
Step 10
Fill the cone with chicken and Seal the edges nicely.
Step 11
Deep fry the samosa in hot oil until it becomes light golden brown.
