Crispy Golden Fried Shrimp (Prawns) is a simple dish made with shrimp (Prawns) marinated in a very simple battered paste and deep fried until golden in color.
Ingredients
- 200 Grams Shrimp
- 1 Cup All Purpose Flour
- 2 Tablespoons Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Coconut Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Teaspoon Mixed Herbs
- 1 Teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Chili Flakes
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Oregano
- Bread Crumbs
- Salt as per taste
Method
Step 1
Take 1 cup all-purpose flour, salt as per taste, 1 teaspoon mixed herbs, 1 teaspoon red chili powder, 1 teaspoon chili flakes, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon oregano, in a small bowl.
Step 2
Add 2 tablespoons milk, 2 tablespoons coconut milk, and beat well.
Step 3
Take bread crumbs, add salt.
Step 4
Now coat the shrimp in flour, then in the egg mixture, and then in bread crumbs as shown.
Step 5
Keep all the coated shrimp ready to fry.
Step 6
Fry the shrimp on medium heat, gently turn the shrimp, and fry until golden brown.
Step 7
Serve it hot and enjoy.
