Green Beans Methi Stir fry Recipe is a healthy combination of green beans, and fresh methi leaves together to form a delicious and flavor-packed side dish that you can serve along with plain phulka or roti with a spicy dal.
Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons Oil
- 1 Cup Sliced Onions
- 1 Tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Green Chili Paste
- 1 Cup Fresh Methi Leaves
- 250 Grams Chopped Green Beans
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- Chopped Coriander Leaves
Method
Step 1
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil and add 1 cup sliced onions. Sauté well and cook for a minute.
Step 2
Add 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, and mix well.
Step 3
Add 1 tablespoon green chili paste and mix.
Step 4
Add 1 cup of fresh methi leaves and sauté well.
Step 5
Add 250 grams of chopped green beans and mix well.
Step 6
Add 1 teaspoon salt and mix well. Close the lid and cook for 3 minutes.
Step 7
Open the lid, mix well and cook for 3 more minutes. Close the lid and cook until the beans are well done.
Step 8
Add chopped coriander leaves and mix well. Turn off the stove and serve hot.
