Hara bhara chicken tikka is a mouth-watering appetizer to serve in your parties. It is an exotic dish with spices & tanginess of coriander & mint.
Ingredients
- 500 Grams Chicken
- 1/4 Cup Mint Leaves
- 1/4 Cup Coriander Leaves
- 10 Green Chilies
- 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 3/4 Teaspoon Coriander Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Kebab Masala
- 1 Teaspoon Cream
- 1 Teaspoon Sour Cream
- 1/4 Cup Heavy Cream
- Oil as required
Method
Step 1
In a jar, add 1/4 cup mint leaves, 1/4 cup coriander leaves, 10 green chilies, add little water and make it a fine paste.
Step 2
Take 500 grams boneless chicken, add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon salt, 3/4 teaspoon coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon kebab masala, 1 teaspoon whipped cream cheese, 1 teaspoon sour cream, 1/4 cup heavy cream, add 3 spoons mint-coriander paste and mix well. Marinate for 5 hours.
Step 3
Put the chicken to skewers.
Step 4
Spray the oil to the grill pan and put the skewers on the hot grill pan.
Step 5
Spray the oil & grill the chicken on both sides, and sprinkle the chat masala on both sides.
Step 6
Take it out & enjoy it.
