Mutton Keema Kofta Curry or Mutton Keema Ball Curry Recipe is a delicious curry made using raw mutton mince simmered in a spicy gravy. Serve with hot chapati, roti, or rice, and enjoy this mouthwatering dish.

Ingredients

  • 500 Grams Mutton Keema
  • 1/2 Cup Onions
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 Tablespoon Coconut Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 2 Teaspoons Red Chili Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • Coriander Leaves
  • 4 Teaspoons Lemon Juice
  • Coriander Leaves for Garnish

Method

Step 1

Heat 1 tablespoon oil and add 1/2 cup onions. Sauté for 2 minutes.

Step 2

Add onions to the grinder and add 4 tablespoons roasted chana dal powder, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, 1 tablespoon coconut powder, 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 2 teaspoons red chili powder, 1 teaspoon salt, coriander leaves. Add little water and make a smooth paste.

Step 3

Add 1/2 masala paste to the mutton keema and mix well.

Step 4

Add the keema to the grinder and mix well.

Step 5

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a Kadai. Make keema balls and put them in oil. Close the lid and cook them for 2 minutes.

Step 6

Mix well and cook for 5 more minutes or until all the water reduces.

Step 7

Add the rest of the masala and add 1 cup water. Mix well.

Step 8

Close the lid and cook for 10 minutes. Add 4 teaspoons of lemon juice.

Step 9

Add coriander leaves and turn off the stove.
