Fish finger cooked Indian style. Fish fingers are kids favorite snacks made with fresh boneless fish. Marinated in spices and deep-fried.
Ingredients (For Marination)
- 200 Grams Fish
- 1 Tablespoon Soya Sauce
- 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Green Chili Sauce
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 2 Tablespoons Oats
- 2 Egg Whites
- 2 Cups Bread Crumbs
Ingredients (For Seasoning)
- 1 Tablespoon Chopped Ginger Garlic
- 1 Tablespoon Chopped Green Chilies
- 1 Tablespoon Chopped Spring Onions
- 2 Tablespoon Coriander Leaves
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Soya Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Red Chili Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Tomato Sauce
Method
Step 1
Cut the fish and add 1/2 teaspoon salt. Boil the fish until it is cooked.
Step 2
Take the fish into a bowl and mash the fish.
Step 3
Add a little salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder, 1 tablespoon soya sauce, 1 tablespoon green chili sauce, 2 tablespoons oats powder & mix it well.
Step 4
Make the fish like finger shape.
Step 5
Drop the fingers in egg whites & bread crumbs, and deep fry them in hot oil and keep them aside.
Step 6
In a pan, add two tablespoons oil, 1 tablespoon garlic, add 1 tablespoon chopped green chilies, stir it for 30 secs, add 1 tablespoon spring onions, stir it for 30 secs.
Step 7
Add 1 tablespoon soya sauce, 1 tablespoon red chili sauce, 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder, salt as per taste, 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder, add 2 tablespoons water stir fry for 1 minute.
