Kalakand, also known as milk cake, is one of the most popular Indian desserts of all time. Dry Fruit Kalakand is a richer version – a delicious mix of fresh milk, pure ghee, and dry fruits.
- 2 Tablespoons Milk Powder
- 1/2 Cup Mixed Nuts Powder
- 1/2 Cup Grated Paneer
- 1 Cup Condensed Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Ghee
In a pan, add 1 cup grated paneer, 1 cup condensed milk & mix well for 2 minutes.
Add milk powder, dry fruits powder, mix it until condensed milk absorbs.
Now add two tablespoon ghee and stir it until everything holds together.
Take it out in a square container and stack it and let it cool down a bit.
Garnish with pistachios powder and almonds.
